Rental Occupancy Rates & Fees
- Private rental (up to 4 persons) $399.00 per night*, 2 night minimum stay. ($349.00 per night (up to 4 persons) based on 7 nights stay or longer.)
- Private rental (up to 4 persons) $2,443.00 per week
- Additional persons in the party $50.00 per person per night
- Maid service (per hour, if requested) $35.00
- Cleaning Service $75.00
- Refundable $500 security deposit (due at booking)
- Hold over charge (past check-out time) $50.00/hour
- Contractor/Corporate (open house) rental pricing by appointment
- 8% Wyoming tax applies to all rental fees.

Our cabin is located on 45 acres of pristine land

The cabin is about 4100 sq feet and can sleep 10guest comfortably
The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is located on the main level and has its own bathroom with a steam shower and jetted tub.
Kitchen
We have a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and eat in bar area.
Bunk Room
Located on the lower level is the “bunk room”. This room sleeps up to 8 guests and has an attached bathroom
2nd Master Bedroom
The 2nd master is located on the 2nd floor and has a loft area and well as its own attached bathroom.
Great Room & Dining
The downstairs living is open and inviting with a large fireplace.
Porches and Views
The cabin features a wrap around deck and covered porches. With views of Devils Towner Monument from the front porch.

Payments & Cancellation Policy
Security Deposit Return Policy
The deposit is for security/damage and shall be returned within 14 days of the guest check- out date, provided no deductions are made due to:
1. Reservation canceled less than 30 days prior to check-in date.
2. Damage to property or furnishings.
3. Internet overages, dirt, trash, smoking or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
4. Any and all other costs incurred by ‘Owner’, due to a failure of the ‘Guest’ or visitors
to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
